Recognised for impact, driven by people, not prizes

We’re proud of the awards and recognition Think Mental Health has received. They reflect the hard work, care and commitment behind everything we do. But for us, success isn’t really about trophies or records — it’s about helping one person, one team, one conversation at a time.

Every award represents something bigger: lives improved, stigma challenged, and workplaces becoming safer and more supportive.

Humber Visionary Leader Award

This award recognises leaders who create positive change across the Humber region. It reflects Paul’s commitment to challenging how mental health is talked about at work and helping organisations move from awareness to real action.

It’s recognition of a simple belief: when leaders lead with care, workplaces change for the better.

Start-Up Entrepreneur of the Year

Paul was awarded Start-Up Entrepreneur of the Year at the Hull & East Yorkshire People in Business Awards.

This award recognised:
The growth of Think Mental Health
The impact of practical, lived-experience training
The difference being made to businesses and their people

It’s a proud moment — but one that only matters because of the people it helps every day.

Guinness World Record — Mental Health Awareness

In October 2025, Think Mental Health was part of a powerful collaboration that achieved a Guinness World Record for the most users taking part in a live mental health awareness video lesson.

Working alongside Hull College, Smith & Nephew, and Think Cloud, a total of 916 verified participants from around the world joined the live session, breaking the previous global record.

The session focused on:
Breaking stigma around mental health
Encouraging open conversation
Learning together in a shared, supportive space

For us, this record wasn’t about numbers, it was about showing what’s possible when people come together to talk openly about mental wellbeing.
