Sexual Harassment Awareness

Sexual Harassment Awareness

October 26th introduced important changes to the Worker Protection Act 2023 for all employers. The new amendments make it a legal requirement for employers to take all 'reasonable steps' in the prevention of sexual harassment, in the workplace. The important changes highlight the seriousness of sexual harassment and the need for organisations to have an evidenced, zero tolerence approach, to avoid harmful incidents and significant financial consequences. 'Reasonable steps' includes the need for regular and in-depth training for all staff. This course aims to support employees and employers to take a proactive approach in creating a safer working environment and culture. Modules entail recent case law, inappropriate behaviour, resources for employers, clear guidance on changes, and more. Proof of completion provided to all attendees.
